Thank you for shopping with www.zamzania.com We strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please review the policy below for complete details.

Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. Returned items should be unused, in original condition, and must include all original tags and packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at sohaibbutt2000@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive your RMA, pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

We’re here to help if you need to return a purchase. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process:

Items we cannot accept for return include:

Products that show signs of wear or damage from misuse, even if they are still under warranty.
Items that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed—unless they are faulty.
Lingerie or jewelry if the original packaging has been opened (defective items will still be accepted).
Swimwear, toiletries, and perfumes.
Bedding, bath, and kids’ items such as pillows, sheets, comforters, duvet sets, duvets, mattress toppers, towels, and bathrobes once removed from their original packaging.
Products being returned solely for a different color or size. (We don’t currently offer exchanges, so you’ll need to return the item and place a new order.)

To complete a return:
Please send items back in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include the original invoice along with any accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that came with your purchase.
